Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing to place a pre-order with us. Please read the terms below before completing your purchase:
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means the item is not currently in stock. You are reserving your product before it arrives.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Pre-order items require additional time. Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks (or as stated on the product page).
Please note that this is an estimate and may vary due to production or shipping delays.
3. Full Payment Required
Pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout to secure your item.
4. Cancellation Policy
Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled once the order is placed, as the item is ordered specially for you.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Pre-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
6. Shipping Multiple Items
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available—unless you choose separate shipping (additional charges may apply).
7. Price Guarantee
Pre-order customers receive a special early price. Once items are in stock, prices may be different.
8. Updates
You will receive email updates regarding the status of your pre-order and when it ships out.
